Pah, I’m hearing that we did not win the trial! That the Syndicate, with their noses pushed into books and scrolls all day, somehow overcame our best and came out the victors? HOW?
I was down in the halls of Amrine! I saw how strong our warriors were! The scribes had to flood the depths with their followers to accomplish their goals, while we were able to cut down hordes of enemies with far fewer! We were stepping over the bodies of both the Syndicate and the Covenant to reach our enemies. The spoils should be all ours, make no mistake! The Syndicate can revel in their victory today
We might have lost this trial, warriors, but your performance throughout was second to none. Hold your heads up high, and rest assured that the next time we compete, the Marauders will stand tall!
